How long do I have to wait to see the pictures?
Minimum one week, maximum two weeks. Sometimes between shoots, meetings and editing our diary can get jam packed, so we like to under promise and overdeliver. If there's a hitch with your images, or they're set to take longer than expected we'll be in touch!

Here at White Shell we are all too aware of the changes our planet is going through so we only use biodegradable and fully recyclable packaging. All of our tangible marketing (business cards/posters) is printed with vegan ink onto recycled paper.
Do you shoot small weddings?
Yes! If you're having a small, intimate wedding and you don't wish to have the entire package, please get in touch and I'll create a custom package for you based on our events prices.
Do you do hair and makeup?
We can offer the services of our wonderful resident hair and make-up artist. The studio is also equipped with a make-up station.
How many family members can I bring?
We can photograph up to 10 people at a time. This doesn't mean you can only bring 10 people... it means we can only fit 10 people in the picture!
Will you use our pictures for marketing?
It's not guaranteed, but it's likely. With social media requiring new content all the time it's highly likely your images will be used for marketing. However, there have been several occasions in the past where a client has explicitly asked us not to use their images and we've happily refrained from using them. When it comes to intimate images such as maternity shoots, we ALWAYS ask the client's permission before posting. If you don't want your images posted, just let us know! How long is my gift card valid for?
Your gift card is valid for five years after the purchase date.
Does the studio have parking?
Absolutely. We have free off road parking for up to 10 cars!
Can you come to my house and photograph?
Our studio is fully equipped with absolutely everything we need. We have refreshments, seating, private changing areas, toilet and shower facilities. But if for whatever reason you can't get to the studio and there's a space big enough in your home, we'd be happy to come and photograph in your home, just get in touch and we'll have a chat about it.
